Candida Rogers
Candida has an academic background, completing a PhD in neurophysiology in 1995 and working in a number of post-doctoral research positions in the fields of neuroscience, neurophysiology, neuronal networks, electrophysiology, behaviour, genetics, and cell biology. Her last post-doctoral position was at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge.
Using her extensive experience in life sciences she became an Executive Researcher for a boutique search consultancy in 2005, rising to Head of Research in 2009. Candida enjoyed a successful two years as an independent researcher prior to co-founding Artemis Research Associates in 2012.
With more than 15 years of recruitment experience, Candida has successfully executed numerous projects across a spectrum of disciplines within the global life sciences sector. Her strengths lie particularly in detailed research, including company mapping and candidate networking and with a scientific background in Biological Sciences, Candida is particularly skilled at working on Technical/Scientific roles.
